Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened or gently used and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at organicbeauty@fobihaircare.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any shipping costs.

When products are purchased from our retail or salon partners, we are unable to accept returns directly. Please return the product(s) to the original retailer or salon, and reference their company return policy.

Changes & Cancellations
Order cancellations and changes will be accepted via email if contacted prior to shipment of the order.
You can contact us for any order change or cancellation request at organicbeauty@fobihaircare.com. Please include your order number and the change you'd like to make.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make modifications or cancellations.
